The capsule beds at Skyspa Yokohama were surprisingly spacious and comfortable. Although the lockers were small, the staff at the reception desk were helpful in storing our luggage. The spa facilities, including the sauna, were top-notch and provided a relaxing experience. Despite the language barrier, the staff went out of their way to assist us and make our stay enjoyable. The location of the hotel was convenient, just a short walk from the train station. I highly recommend this hotel for a rejuvenating and comfortable stay.

This place had the most wonderful onsen experience. The pyjamas were clean and super comfortable. The hotel staff was great and came up with innovative solutions for communicating despite the language barrier - they had a dedicated Relationship Manager who helped me out and that was pretty impressive. The location is a plus, really convenient for transportation.

My Christmas stay in this capsule hotel was simply amazing. The capsule was surprisingly spacious and comes fully equipped with all the necessary toiletries and pajamas. The location was a huge plus, it is just a stone's throw away from the train station. The best part was the spa and sauna facilities, it was so relaxing to unwind and enjoy the common areas of the spa. The Christmas decorations were well done, it added up to the already extraordinary experience.

One slightly unpleasant aspect was the communication barrier. Most of the staff spoke very little English and it was quite a challenge communicating with them.
